Last night I attended a fabulous vintage party at my sisters home. She ran the night with the help of the wonderful
Anntwackey Vintage.
Anntwackey Vintage is a quality vintage clothing company ran by the fabulous Loll Watterson that sells beautiful vintage clothing, accesories and furniture. However they are not just your average vintage retailer! As well as selling their wears on the internet (search them on facebook you can see their full collection)they also come out to your home and will set up a beautiful vintage shop right in your living room, so you and yours can have a personal vintage shopping experiance in the comfort of your own home.
And if your anything like us you'll add a few bottles of fizz and make a night of it!
This could also be a wonderful pre Aintree get together, Loll has some ideal outfits for Ladies day.
They have a wonderful and eclectic collection with everything from evening dresses, casual outfits, fur coats, and scarves to shoes, jewellery, suitcases, bags and hats.
Anntwacky's collection ranges from 1930's to modern vintage and Loll definitely knows her stuff. I could have sat and listened to her all night talk about vintage fashion and the history of each piece from her vast collection.
We had a fabulous night perusing the gorgeous garments and I would recommend a night like this to anyone! Most definitely a brilliant way to spend a Saturday night with my girls.
And yes I did indulge in a few goodies including this gorgeous, printed 1960's, Italian dress that reminded me of JCrew and a fab little vintage Pucci handkerchief.
